I just got this really thoughtful e-mail from one of our recent customers:

We originally contacted Surefire Vacation through an Ebay advertisement. We didn’t follow through with the listing, but gave them permission to keep us posted about any new WorldMark timeshares that come up. We are skeptical by nature, so I checked on Surefire with the Better Business Bureau, saw that the contact information matched and that they were very highly rated. Several weeks later we purchased a membership from them at a fraction of the price of the new one. We have already booked our first vacation through the new membership and another with Bonus Time. We got pulled into buying a timeshare being told it would be one of the best things we could do if we ever wanted to take family vacations.  The pictures and the thoughts of everywhere we could go convinced us to buy.  Unfortunately, after we bought our points, we realized that we do not travel enough to make it worth the maintenance fees we were paying every year.  We began trying to sell our timeshare.  We made the mistake of paying people to sell it for us, and of course they never gave us any results.  We were to the point that we were about to give our timeshare to a company and just count our losses so we could save more money in the long run by not owing maintenance dues every year.  That was when we got the offer from Surefire Vacations.  At first we were skeptical because they weren’t asking us for any money, they were offering to pay the transfer fees, and they were offering to buy the timeshare straight from us.  But we figured we didn’t have much to lose since we weren’t giving them any money.  We were not disappointed. They got us the papers we needed to sign and after we signed them they took care of the rest.  Our timeshare was out of our hands and we were paid for it in less than 2 months.  Of course we took a loss on it, but we were happy that we were able to at least get some money back on it.  Surefire Vacations was great to work with, they kept in touch with us and let us know how things were progressing, and they followed through on their word.  Thank you Surefire Vacations!

I’m already a Worldmark owner, but have had several occasions to purchase one-time use credits from Surefire Vacations.  I love that we can buy what we need, and not have to purchase annual credits to enjoy a one-time vacation!  We’ve been able to vacation with extended family, and still keep our annual credit level where we can use it each year.  As our family grows, we’d be happy to work with Charlotte when we want to buy more annual credits.  We know we’ll get a great deal when we’re ready!!
